The Town of Delhi has a proud agricultural and educational history. The Historical Society seeks to preserve and share our heritage and culture though an annual series of programs at the Cannon Free Library and exhibits at our home in the Cannon House on Delhi's Main Street. We invite you to learn about our activities and to join us soon and often!

Since its inception in 2007, the Delhi Historical Society has pressed forward with its goals of assembling, preserving, promoting, and disseminating our history. Programs and exhibits are presented to bring the past, present and future history of the Town of Delhi, Delaware County, and the surrounding area to life.  To date, the Delhi Historical Society has presented over eighty-five programs and exhibits.

Programs are held on Tuesdays at the and exhibits are displayed at the . Upcoming programs and exhibits will continue to focus on Delhi’s heritage, providing a greater insight and understanding into the richness of Delhi’s history. All events are free and open to the public.
